Tired of dry end-of-year updates? You’ve come to sleigh.

Here at AYS, we’re wrapping up the year with gratitude, giggles, and a few terrible (but lovable) puns. Because if we can’t laugh at year-end reports, W-2 prep, and office potlucks, are we even trying?

Here’s what we’re stuffing in your stocking this year:

1. Don’t get left out in the cold, submit payroll early. With holiday closures and travel, we recommend sending in final pay runs like Santa sliding in under the wire: fast and on time. Otherwise, you may find your employees making a list... and checking it twice.

2. Bonus season is the real season. If you’re spreading cheer through bonus checks or holiday pay, make sure we have the info early. The elves in payroll processing (that’s us) love a good heads-up.

3. HR but make it holly jolly. Now’s a great time to review handbooks, update policies, and make sure everything’s tidy before 2026. A clean file is the real silent night.

4. Referral rewards sleigh. Send a fellow business our way, and we’ll take $10 off your admin fee every month they stick around. More referrals = more cheer.

5. Our holiday hours (because even payroll pros pause for pie): Closing at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 24, and reopening Monday, December 29. Anything submitted after noon on 12/24 will be processed when we return.

6. Our final message: You sleighed 2025.We see the hustle. We appreciate your partnership. And we’re ready to help you hit the ground running in 2026, with less stress and a whole lot more support.
